The Church Leadership Team (CLT)
The Church Leadership Team (CLT) is the heartbeat of our daily ministry and spiritual direction. Unlike traditional top-down structures, our CLT is composed of all our Departmental Leads.
By bringing the heads of every ministry—from youth and worship to evangelism and administration—into one unified team, we ensure:

The Board of Trustees
While the CLT focuses on the "how" and "why" of ministry, our Board of Trustees provides the essential foundation of stewardship. The Trustees are responsible for the legal and fiduciary oversight of the church.
Their role includes:
