Elevate Family Church was started in April 2022, with the simple aim of focusing entirely on Jesus and worshipping him.
We come from different backgrounds with a big focus on tradition and ceremony. Our goal is to bring it back to basics: we're a family getting together to celebrate our Father.

We are defined by our 3Ms (Motto, Mandate and Mission) as below.

What we believe

We come from a mix of spiritual upbringings, and many of us grew up in churches with strong African roots.

Elevate Family Church is an independent evangelical church, drawing from our rich cultural background but focusing on the core truths that unite all Christians.

Our Church Structure

The church has a leadership team with roles including Head Pastor, Church Board, Treasurer and others. The Church also has trustees, because the church is a registered charity.

Pastor Hayford serves as the Head Pastor and leader of Elevate Family. Renowned for his dedication and passion, he is a devoted teacher and preacher whose ministry is profoundly rooted in Christ.

The Church utilises a decision-making process that is both straightforward and inclusive for all significant decisions related to its operations. This approach ensures that every decision is made with clarity and considers the diverse perspectives of the congregation.

We are a Charity fully funded by voluntary donations of its memebrs and general public.
